Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns
All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date to be considered for a refund. If received within 30 days of purchase date, VacMotion will provide a full refund for products that are defective or products that have manufacturing errors. Products returned which are not defective will be subject to a 20% handling charge. All returns must be requested by email or phone. A customer service representative will contact you promptly. You will be directed from that point on.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your goods are refunded, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
